1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Check Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee

All refunds will incur a 30% restocking fee. Once we get the product and verify the item’s quality and condition, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.

5. Return Your Item

You must return your item within 5 days of receiving the return instructions to ensure your return is processed promptly.

6. Exchanging Items

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style within the return window, please return the original item first. After processing the return, allow up to 8 to 10 business days for the new item to ship.

7. Custom Items

Please note that all custom orders are final; we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements on these items.

8. Order Changes

You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time frame, we will not be able to accommodate any changes. After 24 hours if customer want to cancel the order, 30% restocking fees will applicable, customer will get 70% refund.
